Delivery

+ How much does delivery cost?
For our UK customers, It's FREE! Once tracking is available, this would be sent to your email automatically. 

+ How long does delivery take?
As our products are Made To Order it takes 3-5 working days to Process your purchase. After dispatching the order it then takes around 5-10 days to deliver. A tracking number will be sent via email for you to check your order with the courier.

+ How are my products protected during delivery?
All of our Canvas Prints are rolled up and packaged in a PVC TUBE to protect the art work from bending, ripping or getting wet during delivery. All other products are packaged using protective foam, bubble wrap to insure the products are kept safe. If you have any problems, please let us know!

Quality

+ What type of paper is used for the prints?
We use 320gsm polyester canvas paper for all of our prints which give it the longevity and protection needed while showcasing our designs. Our prints are guaranteed to last without fading and are fully waterproof.

+ Will the prints look exactly like they do online?
We make every effort to ensure that the prints look as close as possible to the design advertised online however as every digital screen has a different colourisation setting the colours on the prints could look slightly different.
As the canvas prints are printed on paper some brighter, shinier colours will not look shiny when receiving the prints.

+ Can You customise my prints?
Please note that we do not customise prints unless stated otherwise in the product listing however do check out all of our products that we offer, as we do have similar designs in different colours that you might just fancy!

+ What is the returns policy?
Be confident buying from Hang It Home as we have a 14 days refund policy!
We are confident that our products will delight all of our customers however on the odd occasion that is doesn't, do not hesitate to contact us!
Prints must be sent back to us at your own cost, undamaged and in it's original packaging. A tracking number must be sent to us once posted and when received and checked, a full refund will be sent. Please be mindful that this could take a few days due to banks processing time.

+ Do you sell frames with your prints?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer frames in our product listings however this is definitely something we would look to do in the near future.
